FAQ:

(1) Q: What kind motors you can provide?

      A: We provide dc micro permanent brushed motor. The diameter from: 10mm~108mm.

The output speed from: 2000 rpm to 30000 rpm, Output power from 0.5 watt to 500 watt.

      B: We provide dc micro permanent brushless motor. The diameter from 22mm ~80mm.

Output speed from: 2000 rpm to 30000 rpm .Output power from 0.5 watt to 200 watt.

      C: we provide spur gear motor, planetary gear motor, worm motor. the diameter 10mm to 300mm. output speed from 1 rpm to 5000 rpm. Rated torque from 0.01N.m to 400N.m

(2) Q: Can you design and produce dc motor, gear motor as we requires?

      Yes. Of cause we can do. We can design and produce the dc motor, dc brushless, gear motor, worm motor as your requires.

(3) Q: How can we get some samples to test?

      You can provide you interested motor model or parameter to us via email. Then we appraise which kind of motor is suitable to you. Then provide the samples spec to you to /confirm/i. After you confirmed the correct spec. and pay the sample to us. We will make the samples as you requires, after the samples are OK. We will dispatch the samples to you via Express directly.

(4) Q: Can I get some free samples?

We don’t provide free samples, you need to pay samples payment, Due to most motor we don’t have in stock. Need to make as customers requires. It will take cost, so it is not free.

(5) Q: How can we pay the samples payment?

     For samples payment, we accept via Paypal, Western union and TT in advance.

(6)    Q: The freight is expensive, how can we save some freight?

For freight, if we use the customer owner account, the freight will be expensive.

If we dispatch the package via our Express agent, we pay the freight in advance. The freight is half cheaper than using the customer owner account.

(7) Q: What is the delivery time for samples, bulk, and shipping days?

     For samples, if we don’t have in stock .the produce days is: 10~12 days, if we have it. The produce days is : 5~7 days. The shipping days is 5~7 days.

      For bulk order, the produce days is :30~35 days.

(8) Q: Is there a MOQ for your motors?

      A: for samples, without MOQ requirement.

      B: For bulk. The MOQ is between: 100~10000pcs for different models after sample approval.

(9) Q: Is it possible visit your factory?  

      Sure. But please kindly keep us posted a few days in advance. We need to check our schedule to see if we are available then.
